8. Online Orders & Shipping Policy

The following terms apply to the purchase of products from The Glass Skin Clinic.

  • Online Payments: We use a secure, third-party payment gateway to process online payments. We do not store your full credit card details.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery:

    • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $10.00 AUD

    • Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $15.00 AUD

    • Orders over $150.00 AUD receive complimentary standard shipping.

    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

  • Returns Policy: We accept returns for products that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us at hello@theglassskinclinic.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase to arrange a return. We do not offer returns for change of mind on opened products due to hygiene reasons.
