Booking Policy

To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for all our clients, we have a clear booking policy in place. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

This policy outlines our procedures for appointments, cancellations, and refunds, and should be read in conjunction with our full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. New Client Information

Your safety and results are our top priority. All new clients, or existing clients receiving a new type of treatment, are required to complete a comprehensive Client Consent Form. This allows us to assess your suitability and tailor a safe and effective treatment plan for you. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow sufficient time for this.

2. Appointments & Punctuality

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and relax.

  • Late Arrivals: We understand that delays can happen. However, to ensure we do not impact the next client's appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time if you are late. The full price of your scheduled treatment will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to perform the service, and this will be treated as a "no-show," with the relevant fee applied.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you cancel at the last minute or do not attend, it means another client misses out on that opportunity.

  • Notice Period: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This can be done by calling the clinic on 0402 779 955.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled treatment's value.

  • No-Show Fee: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any notice ("no-show") will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled treatment's value. This fee will be required to be paid before any future bookings can be made.

  • Pre-Paid Treatments: If you cancel late or fail to attend an appointment for a pre-paid treatment, one session from your package will be forfeited.

4. Refunds Policy

  • Services & Products: As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, payments for treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable for change of mind.

  • Consumer Rights: We will provide refunds where we are required to do so by the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Non-Transferable: Treatments and pre-paid packages are not transferable to other individuals or other treatment areas.

5. Clinic Etiquette

  • Children: For the safety and comfort of all clients, we have a strict policy of no children under the age of 16 in the clinic. Our clinic is not a suitable or safe environment for unsupervised children due to the presence of advanced equipment and sterile treatment areas.

  • Mobile Phones: To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, we kindly request that mobile phones are switched to silent mode during your time in the clinic.
